A flat with an unusual triangular shape is redesigned for a young professional. The entrance is regularised by creating a storage room, a walk-in wardrobe and a large auxiliary space on high level. The recovery of the arched opening between the kitchen and living room and the play of depth created by the use of colour characterise the living area. Access to the bathroom is set back from the bedroom; the rotation of the oak planks and the difference in height define the bed area from the passage area. The bathroom consists of two rooms with different heights where the blue tones of the house combine with the greys of marble and resin; in the shower the light is filtered by a cement glass wall designed by Rafael Moneo.

Vengono eliminati i vecchi Il restauro e la valorizzazione dei soffitti lignei originali donano immediatamente maggiore respiro agli ambienti e riportano allo spirito originale di uno stabile della vecchia Milano. L'apertura di una finestra tra camera e bagno enfatizza i giochi di luce che l'onice utilizzato come rivestimento a parete è in grado di offrire. La grande stanza acquista calore con la posa del parquet in rovere, la zona soggiorno e la zona notte sono definite dai colori e dal posizionamento dell'illuminazione.
